2. Services Provided
StepUp For Students provides home tuition facilitation — matching students/parents with verified home tutors, arranging free demo classes, and facilitating regular sessions (online and offline) for Classes 1–12 across CBSE, ICSE, IB, IGCSE, and State Boards.
3. Demo Class Policy
We offer one free demo class to all new enquiries. The demo is subject to tutor availability and is meant for evaluation only. It does not constitute a commitment from either party.
4. Fees and Payments
- Fee structure is communicated at the time of tutor finalization
- Fees are paid as per the arrangement communicated by our team
- StepUp For Students may charge a placement/facilitation fee where applicable
5. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and truthful information in all enquiries
- Treat tutors with respect and professionalism
- Ensure a safe and appropriate learning environment
6. Limitation of Liability
StepUp For Students shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of our services, including dissatisfaction with tutor performance or academic outcomes.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
