1. Demo Class
The initial demo class is completely free of charge. No payment is required and therefore no refund is applicable for it.
2. Tuition Fees
Tuition fees are typically paid monthly. Fees paid for completed sessions are non-refundable.
3. Advance Payment Refund
- Cancellation with 7+ days notice: Full refund of unused sessions
- Cancellation with 3–6 days notice: 50% refund of unused sessions
- Cancellation with less than 3 days notice: No refund for that session
- Cancellation due to tutor unavailability on our end: Full refund
4. Facilitation Fee
Any placement or facilitation fee is non-refundable once a tutor has been assigned and the demo class conducted.
5. Tutor Replacement
If unsatisfied after the demo class, we will arrange an alternative tutor at no additional placement charge.
6. How to Request a Refund
